Terms and Conditions
1. Unlimited mileage
Maintenance, change of car in case of breakdown, road maps, safety belts and radios in all cars. Baby seats may be provided on request at extra cost.
2. Driving licence
A full driving licence must be held and presented at the time of hiring, minimum age 25 years, maximum 70 years and at least 3 years valid licence.
3. Insurance
Collision damage waiver included in rental price

€3 cover all travellers
4. Payment
Estimated rental charges are payable in advance. The rental ends on the day fixed by the client. If an extension is required, it must be asked and paid in advance, otherwise the client will be uninsured and unauthorised to drive the car.
5. Free delivery and collection
For Ayia Napa and Protaras area. For Larnaca airport the delivery and collection is free provided rental period is of at least seven days of duration, otherwise a service charge will be made.
6. Minimum rental period
Two days.
7. Credit cards
We honour major credit cards.
8. Gasoline
It is paid by the renter and is not refundable.
9. Traffic fines
All traffic fines are client's responsibility.
Collision Damage Waiver — 400 euro excess for group ABCDE and 600 euro for group FGHI.
A Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is available as an extra, and it is to be paid if chosen at the beginning of the rental which will cover the whole rental period. 6 euro per day.
Occupied area of Cyprus
Our insurance are not valid to travel to the occupied territory of Northern Cyprus. Client responsibility in the event of an accident and/or breakdown.
Cancellations
Cancellations should be made via email on [email protected] . Please note that in order to be eligible for a refund this should be done at a minimum of 7 days before the original car delivery date. For more details please read the Refunds section below.
Long Term Rentals
For bookings over a month period, please contact us via email or by phone for special arrangements.
